Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nomad Site Works services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Nomad Site Works provides the following services to small businesses:

• Web design and website development
• Website redesign and modernization
• Local SEO optimization
• Website audits and performance analysis
• Google Business Profile setup and optimization
• Landing page design and development

Service Agreements

Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project agreements or quotes. All projects require written approval before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Project quotes will specify payment structure (deposit, milestones, or full payment)
• Deposits are typically required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion before launch
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• Refund policies are outlined in individual project agreements

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and content
• Respond to project communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to hosting, domains, and third-party services
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Provide feedback and revision requests clearly and promptly

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom website designs and content created specifically for their project. Nomad Site Works retains the right to use completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Major scope changes will require a new quote and agreement.

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on typical workflows and client responsiveness. Delays in client feedback, content delivery, or approvals may extend project completion dates.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Nomad Site Works provides services "as is" and makes no guarantees about:

• Specific search engine rankings or SEO results
• Website traffic or conversion rates
• Compatibility with all future browser or device updates
• Third-party service functionality or availability

We commit to building websites using current best practices and modern web standards.

Website Maintenance

Ongoing website maintenance, updates, and support are available as separate services. Initial project delivery does not include ongoing maintenance unless specifically outlined in the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Nomad Site Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fremont County, Colorado.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
